Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Contract4Me platform, operated by AEROVISER OÜ. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

Contract4Me is a staffing platform connecting aviation clients with contract professionals — sourcing candidates, verifying credentials, coordinating assignments and handling payments in one place.

2. Our role as intermediary

Contract4Me acts as an agency in the middle: we are not the employer of contractors and do not ourselves supply aviation services to clients. We facilitate the introduction, manage the assignment lifecycle, and process the money flow between the parties; the underlying working relationship is between client and contractor.

3. Client obligations

Clients must submit accurate staff requests, honour accepted proposals, provide a safe working environment, and pay invoices in line with the agreed terms. Clients remain responsible for confirming a placement meets their own regulatory obligations.

4. Contractor obligations

Contractors must provide accurate credentials and documents, keep qualifications and availability current, perform assigned work to the standard represented, and submit timesheets and expenses truthfully and on time.

5. Payment terms

Contractors submit timesheets and expenses for approval; approved hours and costs are billed to clients on invoices; once a client invoice is settled, the corresponding contractor payout is processed. Rates, margins and payment schedules follow each assignment’s agreed terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contract4Me’s liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. Contract4Me is operated by AEROVISER OÜ.
